Certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist

Are you searching for a trauma therapist who can help you or your child heal from a traumatic or stressful life event? Have you or your child been experiencing flashbacks, panic attacks, self-limiting beliefs, negative thoughts, difficulty managing emotions or maintaining healthy relationships? Do you live in Georgia? If so, I may be the therapist for you. I am an evidence-based trained trauma therapist, fluent in English and Spanish, with extensive knowledge of how trauma can impact your overall wellbeing, and why and how you need to heal. I have over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field, helping English and Spanish speaking couples, at-risk children, teens, young adults and their parents/caregivers navigate, grow and heal from traumatic and stressful life experiences. I can help you.

I Am a passionate Trauma Therapist who is dedicated in helping GEN Z and Millennials feel seen, heard, worthy, empowered, and understood. I was born and raised in Long Island, NY and relocated to Georgia in 2010.  I received my Bachelors of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology in 2013 and my Masters of Arts (M.A.) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University Atlanta in 2019. Over five years ago, I became a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) within The State of Georgia. I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC), a Certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Therapist, an Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Clinician, an Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Sandtray Specialist, a Darkness to Light Stewards of Children’s Facilitator, and a Group Facilitator for children, teens, young adults, and their parents/caregivers. I am skilled in using a wide-range of evidence-based trauma-focused modalities which help me create a prescriptive approach tailor-made to fit all of my clients specific needs.

Healing requires a safe space and a non-judgmental environment where one can explore deep rooted wounds and learn to find peace and meaning from it all. I am confident that together we can work as a team to help you or your child embark on a healing journey that leads towards hope, growth, and wholeness.

If you are ready… Let's connect!
